  Complete incompetence is the general theme of this company.
  I would give them 0 stars if I could. They screwed up my overnight delivery of a perishable medication. I even offered to pick up the item, but nobody here knows what they are doing. They couldn't even arrange for me to pick up an item that shows it's been scanned at their destination. Hope they like paying the $4500 claim for my ruined medication, it will be a good lesson for these losers to do their jobs right next time. Do not use them for next day air-saver very terrible and unreliable service.
