  I was involved in an accident involving a Portugal Construction vehicle at Village Square West apartments in Bethesda in June.
  At first, the Forman and General Manager of Portugal Construction were very very nice, and promised to take care of my injuries.
  Now, they have left me hanging out to dry!!!
  I don't understand how a company can act with such little integrity and low ethics!!
  Would you hire a company that you could not trust to take responsibility if something happened to you or your property while they were on the job and at fault?
