  Updated: My issue has now been resolved; thanks to the General Manager Sam Hamdan for responding immediately to my email and providing a reassurance that my cracked bumper (unnoticed at the time of purchase) will be fixed at no cost.
  
  Well done to you and your team for keeping me posted and even providing me with a loaner car whilst my vehicle was being fixed.
