  As a Landsdowne Community BOD member and presently, BOD President, it has been my good fortune to work closely with Continental Pools for our pool management needs. They have been with us for 2 years and have performed flawlessly. We will be working with them in 2013 and have never had a second thought about sigining a multi-year contract.
  
  Their guard staff is well trained (a blend of our local community kids and international staff). Their support staff is top notch.
  
  They treat our property with respect. Make suggestions for areas and equipment in need of improvement -- but are not "hard sell." And they are open to suggestions and direct communication on our part. Our pool is one of the largest community pools in the NoVa area. They plan ahead, do not present us with "surprise needs" and do daily inspections to assure the quality of support remains strong. They also regularly test the guards to be sure their skills are current.
  
  I whole heartedly recommend Continental Pools for all community pool management needs.
