  I bought a Groupon for this business to replace my boyfriend’s iPhone screen because I broke it. We came in and had his screen replaced and a few weeks later his Touch ID wasn’t working. I read online that it can happen after a screen replacement. So my boyfriend called and they said to bring the phone back in. It was determined that the screen was the problem with the Touch ID. They replaced the phone screen at no cost and we were very grateful. However, another two weeks later his home button completely stopped working. It’s not worth bringing it back in to create more issues. I’m not sure if it’s related to the screen replacement but it’s very coincidental. I will likely use another company next time I need a phone repaired.
  
  Side note: My sister had her phone screen replaced here with no issues.
