  This is an amazing community first and an equally amazing gym! The coaches are well trained and encouraging, which creates a great space for personal growth regardless of your fitness level. Ryan and Tina have been painstakingly adjusting the box to the needs of its members. There are plenty of additional clinics, challenges, and enrichment opportunities to help you take your goals to the next level. I highly recommend joining the West Springfield Workhorse Team!!!!
