  Stay away from this property and their management. We attempted to tour an apartment twice and were turned away both times. The first time, we showed up on time to our scheduled tour on a weekend and were told that they couldn’t tour an apartment while it was raining. The forecast called for rain all weekend, and it had been raining all day before our afternoon time. No one emailed or called to let us know in advance, so we drove an hour to get here for nothing. No other apartments I’ve ever toured have this policy. But everyone makes mistakes and we really liked a number of things about this property, so we tried to give it another shot.
  
  We scheduled another tour for a weekday at 5:30pm when the office is open until 7. We both left work early to make this work. We arrived and they told us that because it was getting dark, they would not take us to tour the apartment. When I asked why they would schedule a tour at 5:30 when the sun sets at 6 if this was the case, the manager told me the the sun sets at different times and they didn’t know when it would set that day. I almost fell out of my chair. Once again, there had been no notice before or after letting us know they wouldn’t take us out at our scheduled time, and we wasted another 2 hour round trip.
  
  We would have almost certainly rented an apartment at this property if not for the total disaster of management they have. Even though the location was ideal, we will be willing to pay more and be further away to avoid what I’m sure is a poor living experience dealing with this on a regular basis.
