  If I could give zero, I would. Very rude staff. I bought Nike socks from the Champ's in Tyson's Corner but I couldn't make it up there so instead, I went to the one in Springfield. She was rude about it and upset that I wasn't returning them to the original store that I bought them from. Talking about I'm taking money from their store. If I am unsatisfied with a purchase, it shouldn't matter what store I'm returning them at. Champs is a company as a whole not individual stores. And then after I returned them, she tried to keep my original receipt. You're not suppose to keep a customer's original receipt. Because one, the other stuff I had on there were gifts and I was going to give it to my boyfriend in case he needed to exchange something for a different size. I just was very unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism. If you have the time, just drive to Tyson's Corner.
